Pokemon Pokopia gives you a lot of freedom early, but a few priorities matter much more than they first appear. This guide covers what is permanent, what to focus on first, and the daily routine that keeps your island moving.

Irreversible Choices

• Protagonist name cannot be changed after creation.
• Using Look at this! to gift an item to a Pokemon consumes the item permanently.
• Items dropped into the abyss are gone for good.

Things You Can Change Later

• Character appearance can be changed with a Large Mirror.
• Your town name can be renamed through settings.
• Pokemon that leave or are missed generally return on later days, outside limited-time event cases.

Early Game Priorities
